Once again....pictures don't do it justice

A couple of weeks ago I was reading a magazine that showed a staircase decorated with vertical swags made with skinny sticks, some greenery and little Christmas ornaments in the center, tied with a ribbon around the posts. I kind of improvised with eucalyptus and with my mom's help created something that goes with my tree. These pictures don't show it, but there are silver sparkly thingys in it and blue and silver ribbon. They match the tree that is in that room. All very pretty when seen all together. But I still think I miss my garland and lights going up the banister.
