Tonight Colby informed me that she was trying not to eat too much meat. I, of course, asked why not? She said that if she wants to SAVE the animals that she can't be EATING them. Duh mom.... So my 9 year old daughter is now avoiding meat to save the animals. Although she had no problem devouring her pepperoni pizza tonight :)
I did ask her, "you don't eat vegetables, you don't eat fruit and now you don't want to eat meat. exactly what are you going to eat?" no response. end of conversation.
