getting closer!

Well, we are one step closer. Our potential buyers have accepted and signed our counter offer. The only contingency is of course, the inspections, and they want to see the crp contract that they will be taking over. CRP is the USDA program that we have about half of our ground in. We planted about 1200 trees on it and now we are in an agreement in which we won't do anything with it except let the trees grow. So once they see and agree to that we will be moving forward! And, good Lord willing, we will be closing in July. It's a little scary, but so exciting.
