Ok, so the first offer was just a test. As of Tuesday late afternoon it was out the door. Our potential buyers are experiencing a little issue on the financing end of things. Not necessarily their fault, just some recent changes in lending stipulations have thrown a wrench in things.
So, we went back to the drawing board to come up with something satisfactory for all parties involved. We have a new verbal agreement that will work for all of us so we are now waiting for the formal agreement to be drawn up.
There are still things that can get in the way and make this a bumpy path. Expecting the worst, praying for the best. Down on my knees again tonight.....
