Today Colby and I were discussing her school day. I asked her if she got all of her work done, etc. She began to tell me about her daily journal entry. Each student has a journal and they write in it daily. Usually the teacher gives them a topic and they write a few sentances about that subject. Today it was "free" day meaning they get to choose whatever they want to write about. Colby told me she wrote about her teacher. She said this is what she wrote: "I like my teacher. I am glad to have her for a teacher. She is old, but she is fun."
Hopefully, the teacher took that as a compliment! Oh Colby, you can always count on you to say what you think!
