Weekend

Another weekend drawing to a close. Not much happened around here. And no pictures. So I am pretty much at a loss :) Colby spent the night with a friend on Friday so Creighton and I rented a Wii game and hung out at home. Saturday was open gym and a birthday party for Creighton. Colby stayed with her friend most of the day. I had Maddison most of the day. And we just did a little of this and a little of that. Sunday was church, Wal-Mart (ugh), rented a movie (Kit Kittridge-yippee), and then counting minutes until the kids went to bed. They were exceptionally loud today for some reason. I am basking in the peacefullness for now, until I can pull myself away from the computer to fold the mounds of laundry.

Then it's back to work tomorrow, but a DAY OFF on Tuesday! The kids will be in school so I am meeting a dear friend in Iowa City for some SHOPPING! I have decided that we are going to scale back on birthdays and Christmas this year. Trying to come up with ONE special gift and just a few other little things/stocking stuffers. Creighton will be turning 6 at the end of this month. I think I have his one gift figured out but I have to do a little research on it because I don't know too much about it. I am not a gamer nor am I a techie so this all takes a little work on my part to figure it all out.

See, just a whole bunch about nothing. Until I have something of substance...ta!ta!
